Arrival

Car park

We have a free reserved parking space for your car next to the valley cable car station.

Luggage transport

You are welcome to drive your car to the cable car park first. There you can unload your luggage and load it into the cable car. From the mountain station we transport the luggage with our pickup directly to our chalets.

Cable car times

Please check the cable car website for opening times. If you arrive late in winter, you will not be able to reach our chalets. In summer we offer transport with our pickup, at a price of approx. 80-100 Euro.

Equipment

In the chalet you will already find the following:
Towels, hairdryer, soap
sugar, salt, pepper, corn oil, kitchen paper, baking paper, dishes, oven, toaster, tabs for the dishwasher, rubbish bags, dish towel, coffee machine

Storage

Against payment: water, coke, syrup, beer, wines, pasta, tomato sauce, good coffee pods (espresso, crema, decaffeinated), tea bags, jam, honey, Nutella, crisps, chocolate

Our chalets

6 chalets, 3 with a view of the valley and 3 with a view of the Rotwand / mountain view. Each chalet has 2 terraces, 1 with a view of the valley and 1 with a view of the Rotwand / mountain view.
Each chalet has 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room (with double sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (double bed and once 3 separate beds), as well as a Finnish sauna and ski locker.

Payment options

You can pay in cash (up to 5,000 euros), with instant payment or by card (EC card, Visa, Mastercard or American Express).

Catering

Shopping service

We are happy to do the shopping for you, even on the day of arrival. Simply send us a list 1 day in advance via info.rotwandwiesen.com, WhatsApp or e-mail and we will do the shopping for you and bring it directly to the chalet. For this we charge 10% of the purchase value or min. 3 euros.
In the Rotwandwiesenhütte you can also buy various groceries.

Rotwandwiesenhütte

Right next to the chalets is the Rotwandwiesenhütte. This generally has the same seasonal opening times as the cable car. In summer, the hut is closed on Wednesdays (except in high season).
From July to September also in the evening on request, otherwise until 6 pm.
In the hut you can have breakfast (from 08.30, in summer also earlier), lunch and on request also dinner.
There are also dishes to take away.
